RECAPPING MONDAY:
Quincy Amarikwa has gone two-for-two in this year's Aldi Goal of the Year tournament as his #1 seeded effort from August 23 at Toronto FC easily took down #4 Grant Ward's low blast from July 23. The win sees Amarikwa advance to the Nowak Bracket Final to be played next Monday, November 17.
TUESDAY'S MATCHUP:
Quincy will hope to go three for three in first round play as his #3 seeded header from May 10 vs. New York faces #2 Jeff Larentowicz's corner header from July 19 vs. Philadelphia. Similar to a matchup we saw a few days ago, it was Larentowicz who served the ball to Amarikwa for his goal at New York.
