CHICAGO(May 17, 2021) – Nine players from the Chicago Fire FC Academy were invited to attend a U.S. Soccer YNT Regional Identification Center in Indianapolis, Ind., on Wednesday, May 19.
Fire Academy U-15 players Kevin Contreras, Aaron Deppe, Adrian Giron, Celestino Vasquez were invited, along with U-17 and U-19 players Richard Fleming, Carlos Nevarez, Sergio Oregel, Ryan Quintos and Justin Reynolds.
U.S. Soccer YNT Identification Centers are single-day player identification opportunities for top talents to train and play games under the direction of U.S. Soccer Talent Identification Managers. IDC’s are designed to identify and evaluate top talents for Youth National Teams while accelerating player development in a challenging environment.
