CHICAGO (March 14, 2025) – Chicago Fire FC and U.S. Soccer today announced that Chicago Fire Academy goalkeeper Patrick Los has been called up to the U.S. U-18 Men’s Youth National Team for an upcoming international training camp from March 17-25 in Marbella, Spain.
The U-18 USMYNT will play two international friendlies during the camp, facing Morocco on March 22 and Norway on March 25. Both matches will take place at the Marbella Football Center.
The call-up under head coach Marlon LeBlanc marks the fourth time the young goalkeeper joins the U.S. Men’s National Team ranks since January 2023, when he joined the U.S. U-16 Men’s Youth National Team for a domestic training camp. Since then, Los has also represented the USMYNT at the U-17 level.
A member of the Chicago Fire Academy at the U-18 age level, Los is also a regular member of Chicago Fire FC II, the MLS NEXT Pro side of the Club. After making his professional debut with Chicago Fire II on May 7, 2023, when he came in at halftime of a 3-3 draw against Minnesota United FC 2, Los became one of Fire II’s main goalkeepers, starting all 19 games in which he played in 2024 and logging 1,686 minutes in the net. Los started and played the full 90 minutes in Chicago Fire II’s season opener against Huntsville City SC on Sunday, March 9.
