The Men In Red have arrived in Munich.
The Fire touched down in Germany early Saturday morning to begin a five-day European stay, culminating in Bastian Schweinsteiger’s tribute match Tuesday at the home of FC Bayern Munich. Schweinsteiger was greeted at the airport arrival gates by an enthusiastic group of Bayern Munich supporters, a small fraction of the crowd expected to honor him Tuesday at the Allianz Arena.
Veljko Paunovic and his group are slated to train each day while in Munich, beginning with a Saturday evening session, and will partake in several scheduled media opportunities between now and matchday.
