CHICAGO(April 25, 2021) – Chicago Fire FC Academy hosted Midwest United at SeatGeek Stadium on Sunday as part of MLS Next play.
The U-13 Academy kicked off the match day with an 11-1 victory, getting goals from nine different scorers. Kruz Held opened the scoring, joined by Dylan Healy (Parker Amoo-Mensah), Derrick Rafacz, Aaron Ineh (VitaliyHlyut), Andrej Ilich, Amoo-Mensah, Oscar Pineda (Amoo-Mensah) and Ethan Koranda who each had one goal apiece. Hlyut recorded his second consecutive hattrick, getting two assists from Healy and one from Ilich.
At the U-14 level, Aleks Duncevic finished on an assist from Marius Aiyenero, followed by two goals from Anthony Masino (Jayden Quezada, Aiyenero). Mic Eisa (Makhi Francis) sealed the 4-1 win.
