CHICAGO, Ill. (Saturday, July 27, 2013) – The Chicago Fire Academy U-19 team advanced to the U.S. Youth Soccer National Championship game in Overland Park, Kansas on Saturday, July 27 at 6:30 p.m. CT (Fox Soccer Channel).
The final will be a rematch between the Fire U-19s and Lehigh Valley United 93 (PA). The two sides played to 1-1 draw Friday morning.
Coached by Larry Sunderland, the U-19s are the only team in the championships with multi-goal scorers with Daniel Lojek and Chisom Ogbanna leading the side with two goals each.
