Chicago Fire Academy goalkeeper Damian Las has been called into the U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team for training camp from April 4-8in Lakewood Ranch, Fla.
Las will be a part of new head coach Raphael Wicky's 26-player roster for his first camp in charge. The event will serve as the team’s final gathering before it kicks off the 2019 Concacaf U-17 Championship on May 2 against Canada.
Dating back to the 2017 Nike International Friendlies, Las -- a 2017-18 Academy Best XI selection in the central conference -- as well as defenders Axel Alejandre and Adam Saldana have appeared in all 11 U-17 camps this cycle.
