What is Fire 365?
Fire 365 is our new customizable benefits platform that allows you to choose which events best fit how you engage with the club. These benefits are all in addition to the ones you know and love including complimentary parking, flexible exchange program, Meet the Players event, and much more.

What are the Fire 365 categories?
Fire 365 is broken up into 4 buckets, all geared towards different segments of our season ticket member base. Those buckets are Die Hard, Corporate, Family, and Social.

How can I select my Fire 365 benefits?
You can select your category by logging into your online Account Manager and selecting your benefits. Or, you can also contact your personal account representative.

How many Fire 365 buckets am I able to choose?
All members can choose one (1) bucket per account.

Once I make my selection, am I able to switch buckets if I change my mind?
Once events begin for the program, there will be no exchanges allowed.

Once I select my bucket, how will I know about upcoming events?
Once you choose your bucket, you’ll receive email communication regarding the specific events and benefits related to your bucket.

How will I RSVP to the events in my bucket?
You will need to RSVP for all events that you plan on attending. Similar to our Meet the Players event, you will be able to redeem tickets through your online Account Manger.

Am I able to attend events from other buckets?
No, all members will only receive the benefits associated with the bucket they select.

Do I still get my other benefits included in my membership?
Yes, Fire 365 is in addition to all other benefits including our exchange game program, complimentary parking, Meet the Players event and much more.
