Guaranteed Postseason Access
All Full Season Ticket Members will have the highest priority for all Chicago Fire postseason matches!

Exclusive Member Entrance Lanes at Soldier Field
New for the 2024 season, Members will have designated lanes at gates 38 and 47. Gate 6 will be exclusively a Season Ticket Member entrance. For our busiest and most attended matches, these lanes will help members get to their seats quickly, avoiding tedious queues. Click HERE for a map of Soldier Field Gates.

Flexible Ticket Exchange Program
We know making all 18 home matches can be challenging. No need to fret! You will have the freedom to exchange tickets into all home matches outside of Inter Miami and our Leagues Cup matches. This can be done through your Account Representative or through the Chicago Fire Account Manager. All exchanges are based on match-by-match availability and must be done 72 hours in advance.

Exclusive 2024 Member Gift
All Members will receive an exclusive gift for the 2024 season. Communication will be sent out to all members once the gifts are ready for pick up.

Personal Account Manager
During your tenure as a Season Ticket Member, your dedicated Account Manager will be able to assist you with any questions you have and ensure you are taking full advantage of all your benefits and getting the most out of your Membership. New Season Ticket Members will be assigned an Account Manager who will serve you throughout the duration of your Membership.
