Contest Rules
ELIGIBILITY:
DigDown (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents who live within a seventy-five (75) mile radius from Chicago, IL (the “Territory”) who are the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (and at least 18 years old) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Chicago Fire Soccer, LLC (the “Sponsor”), Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS”), Soccer United Marketing, LLC (“SUM” and collectively with Sponsor and MLS, the “MLS Entities”), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void outside Territory, and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
Twitter: During the Entry Period, in order to enter the Contest through Twitter, you must (a) be a registered user of Twitter and (b) follow @chicagofire. Registration is free and can be done by visiting www.twitter.com. Upload an original photo or video with your twitter account using the hashtag #DigDown. By submitting your photo or video as directed, you will receive one (1) entry in the Contest. Instagram: During the Entry Period, in order to enter the Contest through Instagram, you will need to be a registered user of Instagram. By submitting your photo or video as directed, you will receive one (1) entry in the Contest. If you choose to enter via Instagram using your mobile phone, standard data fees may apply. Submitted photos must be in digital format. No print submissions will be accepted for entry into this Contest. All digital files must be 5 megabytes or smaller in JPEG or JPG format. The photos need not be taken with a digital camera; scans of negatives, transparencies, or photographic prints are acceptable. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: To be eligible, you agree to and represent that your entry will not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that: is sexually explicit, lewd, or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity; promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message; is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; appears to duplicate any other submitted entries; defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies; contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as costumes, distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission; contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, email addresses or street addresses; contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission; excepting those of Sponsor, contains or references any names, products or services of any company or entity, or promotes any brand, product or service of any company or entity; contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission; contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead; communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will with which Sponsor wishes to associate or otherwise contains content which Sponsor in its sole discretion decides is inappropriate or objectionable; and/or violates any law, rule or regulation.
Entries that do not comply with the above requirements are not eligible and, if submitted, may be removed at any time in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Entrants agree to reimburse Sponsor, the other MLS Entities and their respective affiliates in full with respect to any losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, which they may sustain from the breach of a representation or warranty made by the entrant or the use of any rights granted by the entrant to Sponsor hereunder. By entering, entrant warrants that the entry complies with the entry requirements set out above, as well as all other Official Rules.
Entries that do not comply with the above requirements are not eligible and, if submitted, may be removed at any time in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
