In addition to being Major League Soccer's most prolific goal-scorer in 2017, Nemanja Nikolic also was the league's 'Most Social' player according to the results of the #MLSSoshies.
Fire fans near and far helped Nikolic carry an overwhelming 58.82 percent of the online vote, with none of the other 24 players nominated receiving more than 20 percent of the votes (Bastian Schweinsteiger placed a respectable third with 5.92 percent).
Naturally, Nikolic accepted his honor with a timely video that was posted to the MLS Twitter account on Wednesday:
