Chicago Fire midfielder Djordje Mihailović and the Under-23 U.S. Men's National Team wrapped training camp with a 0-0 draw against the Netherland's Under-23 side at the Pinatar Arena in San Pedro del Pinatar, Spain on Sunday.

Mihailović got the starting nod from head coach Jason Kreis, and helped create some of the U.S.' most dangerous attacking chances over a 90-minute shift. In the 15th minute, the 20-year-old received the ball with space to shoot outside the top of the Dutch 18-yard box and sent a shot curling towards the upper-90, but it ultimately sailed just high. Later in the first half, Mihailović combined with Antonee Robinson on the left to spring the Wigan man into the 18 for look at net, but Robinson's attempt rolled wide.

Mihailović was the designated set piece-taker for the U.S. on the day, and nearly got the U.S. on the board on a free kick attempt in the 69th minute. Lined up wide to the right, Mihailović found the head of Portland Timbers' forward Jeremy Ebobisse, who forced a highlight-reel reaction save from the Dutch goalkeeper to keep things scoreless.

Mihailović will now rejoin the Fire as they prepare to resume MLS regular season play on Sunday, March 30 when the New York Red Bulls visit SeatGeek Stadium (12 p.m. CT | ESPN+).
