LAKEFRONT KITS: The Fire's brand-new 2021 secondary kits will be worn for the first time at Soldier Field on Saturday. The jersey, embossed with thin navy horizontal stripes, showcases the city’s flag with four six-pointed stars that represent major historical events: Fort Dearborn, the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, the World’s Columbian Exposition of 1893 and the Century of Progress Exposition of 1933-34. It also highlights the popular slogan from well-known Chicago architect Daniel Burnham, “Make No Little Plans,” on the neck tape on the inside of the shirt. The jock tag features a red outline of the Fire’s home stadium, Soldier Field.
"LOVE UNITES" WARM-UP TOPS: As part of Soccer For All week in Major League Soccer and ahead of LGBTQ+ Pride month in June, the Fire will debut their "Love Unites" training tops prior to kickoff against Miami. Players around the league will warm up prior to matches in the training tops, which are designed to celebrate diversity. "Love Unites" is adidas’ global campaign promoting equity in sport and reinforcing how the love of sport unites us all.
WAVE YOUR FLAG: Flags will be safely placed in your seat for you to wave and show your support when the team enters the pitch, scores, and wins! Fans are encouraged to bring back their flag from previous matches to wave for the celebratory moments.
MERCHANDISE DISCOUNT: All Fire merchandise available at Soldier Field will be 25% off for all fans on May 22 and May 29. Merchandise will only be available for sale outside the stadium at Gate 0 near the Waldron Deck and Gate 47 on McFetridge Dr so fans are encouraged to make their purchase before entering or after the match.
