The much-anticipated opening day of 2016 Chicago Fire preseason training has arrived, and with it came a host of new faces reporting to camp at The PrivateBank Fire Pitch. Before we have the opportunity to get to know the newcomers in the coming weeks, it's helpful to first have a firm list of those in the mix on Jan. 25.
Along with current signed players and three unsigned 2016 MLS SuperDraft draftees, five additional players will join the training camp roster: trialists Benedikt Krug and Matt Lampson, 2015 Chicago Fire Open Tryout winner Zach Bennett, and Saint Louis FC players Parker Maher and James Musa.
