Chicago will face Charlotte FC in the team’s last road game of the 2024 MLS regular season at Bank of America Stadium on Wednesday night. Beginning at 6:30 p.m. CT, the match will be broadcast globally on MLS Season Pass and transmitted locally on wlsam.com (English) and WRTO 1200 AM (Spanish).
Chicago heads to the Queen City following a 1-1 tie against Toronto FC in which Jonathan Dean scored his first career MLS goal and Homegrown Player Justin Reynolds earned his first start of the season.
Charlotte currently sits in seventh place in the Eastern Conference, hosting Chicago following a 1-1 road tie with Inter Miami at Chase Stadium.

- Arnaud Souquet starts his 16th straight match, and his 21st overall across all competitions for the Fire in 2024.
- Wyatt Omsberg starts his fifth straight match of the 2024 MLS regular season.
- Rafael Czichos starts from the outset for the 26th time this season for the Men in Red.
- Kellyn Acosta starts for the 26th time this season for the Fire, playing in his 33rd match of the 2024 regular season.
- Brian Gutiérrez makes his 25th start of the 2024 MLS regular season. Gutiérrez’s six goals so far in 2024 are a career high for the Homegrown Player.
- Fabian Herbers makes his 24th start of the 2024 MLS regular season. With 1,979 minutes played for the Fire so far in 2024, Herbers has surpassed his previous season high of 1,978 minutes set last season.
- Georgios Koutsias makes his second straight, and fifth overall, regular season start against Charlotte FC.
- Jonathan Dean makes his 11th start of the 2024 MLS regular season after scoring his first goal for the Fire last Saturday against Toronto FC.
- Defenders Chase Gasper (leg) and Andrew Gutman (leg); winger Maren Haile-Selassie (personal reasons); and forward Hugo Cuypers (personal reasons) are unavailable for today’s match.
