The Seattle Sounders are seeking a third straight win to open the 2019 season when they head to Bridgeview to meet the Chicago Fire Saturday afternoon.
The Sounders are coming off a 2-0 win over the Colorado Rapids, their second consecutive win in the friendly confines of CenturyLink Field. They face a Fire team that rallied to secure their first point of the season in a 1-1 home opening draw against Orlando City SC. The last time these teams met in the Windy City, the Fire blasted the Sounders, 4-1, in 2017 with Nemanja Nikolic scoring a brace.
