WASHINGTON, D.C. (March 29, 2014) – The Chicago Fire (0-1-3, 3 points) played D.C. United (0-2-1, 1 point) to a 2-2 draw at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. on Saturday afternoon. Jhon Kennedy Hurtado’s 27th minute header and a late, 82nd minute strike from Quincy Amarikwa earned the Fire a share of the points.
Next up for the Fire is a Reserve match against NASL side Indy Eleven at the Boilermaker Soccer Complex on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind., on Tuesday, April 1 at 6:30 p.m. CT. Tickets for the Indy Eleven match cost $11 for general admission or $15 for reserved seating and are on sale at www.IndyEleven.com. Tickets will also be available at the gate on April 1.
