The Chicago Fire Soccer Club has unveiled plans for the new Digital Ticketing initiative that will be implemented with the start of the 2017 season.
In response to fan feedback and frustration regarding the Season Ticket Holder card, the club has transitioned all season ticket accounts to a digital fulfillment option via Ticketmaster’s “My Account” portal. The Chicago Fire are committed to providing Season Ticket Holders with the best and most convenient methods for enjoying their matchday experiences.
In addition to its availability from a desktop web browser, navigation to the “My Account” platform is also quickly accessible on a mobile device within the Chicago Fire Mobile App, with a direct link available via the ‘Ticket Account Manager’ button in the Tickets section. Once arriving on the “My Account” welcome page, fans may visit the ‘My Fire Account Help’ section in the righthand column, featuring links to step-by-step instructions for:
- Accessing Tickets
- Ticket Exchanges
- Accepting Tickets
- Printing Tickets
- Ticket Transfers
- Reselling Tickets
- Renewing Tickets
Most notably, fans have three ticket delivery options for entering stadium gates on matchday:
- While in the “My Account” portal, present the QR code on your mobile device for digital scanning
- Before coming to the stadium, download printable PDF versions of your tickets and present paper copies at the gates. (Note: all print-at-home tickets will include Dunkin' Donuts coupons previously found on traditional tickets.)
- Speak to your Season Ticket Holder service representative to request your tickets be printed and mailed by the Chicago Fire box office.

Additionally, Season Ticket Holders should expect to still receive a card in their Season Ticket Holder mailings, due to arrive for most fans this week. This card is only for redemption of exclusive Season Ticket Holder benefits, including a 20% discount on concessions and merchandise and a 10% discount off your tab at Heineken Pub97. No match tickets will be loaded on this card.
