Chicago Fire Fall 2-1 To Seattle Sounders FC In High-Paced Affair

SEATTLE, Wash.(Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013) – The Chicago Fire (10-11-5, 35 points) fell 2-1 to the Seattle Sounders FC (14-8-4, 46 points) Saturday evening at CenturyLink Field. Mike Magee scored his 15^th goal of the season in the 25^th minute and Sean Johnson saved an Osvaldo Alonso penalty kick attempt in the 30^th minute before the Fire fell victim to a Lamar Neagle strike in the 40^th minute and an unfortunate Gonzalo Segares own goal in the 89^th minute as the match ended 2-1.

-With the loss, the Fire fall to 0-5-3 all-time in MLS Regular Season matches against the Sounders
