Jake Winowich
Vice President, Ticket Sales, Services & Operations
Jake Winowich was hired as Chicago Fire FC’s Vice President, Ticket Sales, Services & Operations in January 2023.
Winowich, an accomplished sales executive, is responsible for overseeing all Chicago Fire FC ticketing operations, including Season Ticket Sales, Group Sales, Inside Sales, Premium Sales, and Membership Services. Leading a team of over 50 sales representatives, Winowich is responsible for developing and directing all ticket sales strategy. In his first season with the Club, Winowich led the team to Club and MLS single match records, set the all-time Club attendance record, along with a 143% YOY increase in ticket revenue, adding almost 4,000 new Season Ticket Members, and over 40 new Annual Suite Leases.
Prior to joining the Fire, Winowich gained over 10 years of experience building, developing, and leading record-breaking sales teams. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Group Sales and Service with the New York Mets, overseeing the strategy, leadership, and execution of a record-breaking team. Prior to his time with the Mets, Winowich held roles of increasing responsibility with the Houston Astros, including Manger of Inside Sales and Group Sales, along as serving as a Senior Account Executive and Team Lead. Winowich began his career as an Account Manager and Group Sales Coordinator with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, the Triple A affiliate of the New York Yankees.
Winowich graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. Winowich and his wife Janelle are proud parents to their son Zeke and look forward to growing their family with another little one on the way.
