Julia Tesoro Hull
Vice President of Partnership Marketing and Strategy
Julia Tesoro Hull joined the Fire in January 2022 as Director of Partnership Marketing and Strategy and was promoted to Vice President in March 2024.
Hull is responsible for driving impactful growth and retention by maximizing partner value. In addition, she spearheads partnership strategies ensuring alignment with organizational goals for impactful results. Previously, Hull served as the Fire’s Director of Partnership Strategy, working on securing new partnerships through innovative sales strategies.
Prior to joining the Fire, Hull spent nearly a decade gaining sports corporate partnerships experience in variety of roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Hull served as Activation Specialist, Growth and Development with the Chicago Cubs, where she implemented and shaped the strategic partnership vision, and ideated creative corporate partnership solutions for the new business and account teams to secure new partners, renewals, and upsells. Hull began her career with the Washington Football Team, starting out as a Corporate Sponsorships and Marketing Intern and a Strategic Marketing Coordinator, before making her way up to Strategic Marketing Manager where she developed and delivered corporate partnership vision as part of strategy and sponsorship team, consistently ranking in top quintile of the NFL in sponsorship revenue.
Hull graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a dual concentration in Marketing and Sports Management.
