Paul Cadwell

Paul Cadwell has been with Chicago Fire FC since the Club’s inception in 1997.
Cadwell, a highly experienced executive with 27 years’ experience in professional soccer/football, is responsible for overseeing all the Fire’s youth programs in addition to managing all community and commercial relationships within the football industry. As part of his role, Cadwell has dedicated his career to growing the sport of soccer and the identity of the Fire across the state of Illinois and beyond.
Spanning two continents and three decades Cadwell has spent his entire working life as a player, coach, and now executive at the highest levels of the game. Cadwell began his career as a schoolboy professional with Aston Villa Football Club and England Schoolboys prior to attending Manchester Metropolitan University where he graduated with a degree in Education & Sports Management.
A native of Whitehaven in England’s idyllic Lake District Cadwell currently resides in Chicago, Illinois with his wife Nicole and two dogs Ole and Celia.
