Nash began his professional coaching career in 2004, spending 5 years at Rangers FC (Glasgow, Scotland) as a community coach, progressing to coaching in the Rangers Academy (U8-U10) and interim Head Coach of the Rangers Ladies senior team.Moved to America in 2009, and served in Head of Phase ((U6-12) and Director of Coaching roles, while also coaching U12-14 in the MLS Next Academy (previously known as the USSDA).In 2020, Paul joined Philadelphia Union Academy as Head of Phase (U9-12) while serving as the U12 Academy Head Coach before accepting his position at Chicago Fire in April 2023.Qualifications include the  USSF A License, UEFA B license.
