Countess joined the Chicago Fire in 2023 as Academy Performance Coach from the Orlando Pride. In Orlando, Countess started as a Sports Science intern before becoming a Sports Performance Coordinator and, later, Sports Performance Assistant. Countess also served as trainer at F45 Training, and as a coach at Rush Union Soccer Club. Prior to earning her Master’s of Science in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention/Applied Sports Science, Countes played collegiate soccer at Georgia Gwinnett College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
