Ross Brady, Head Coach (U15)
Brady currently serves as Head Coach of the Chicago Fire Academy U-15 team. Since joining the Chicago Fire Academy in the fall of 2016, Brady has been head coach at the U-12, U-13, U-14 and U-17 age levels. Brady’s experience also includes working with the U.S. Soccer Federation in local and regional ID Centers, and most recently as an assistant coach at the Youth National Team level. Prior to joining the Fire, Brady spent three seasons at Northern Illinois University as an assistant coach and Director of Coaching for Northern Illinois FC (2013-14). He was also an assistant coach at Hastings College in 2011-12.
Brady holds at USSF “A” License and has completed the Elite Formation Coaching License (EFCL) via MLS and the French Football Federation (FFF). He holds a National Youth License, as well as a Goalkeeping Level I and II Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
A native of Memphis, Tenn., Brady played collegiately at Lambuth University and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance. He also holds a Masters in Education from Hastings College since 2013. He and his wife Mo have two daughters, Rowan and Fallon.
