Academy Teams
The Chicago Fire Football Academy is a funded program which means player registration, travel and uniform is paid for by the club. The teams practice 4-5 times per week during Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons.
The team participates in an Elite Player Development Platform through Major League Soccer, Generation Adidas competition and a number of sanctioned domestic and international tournament events.
Each team comprises of 1 x 11-a-side teams and roster sizes vary between 16-24 players.
